Each time your employees have shown a kindness that you seldom find in America today. It happened again today. I'm sorry that I didn't get the gentleman's name so I could brag about how nice he was. I have a Ford Freestar van and the driver's side window was getting stuck. Your service rep was working on another car outside when I asked him a question about my problem. He asked me to pull my car over close to the car he was working on and when I did he did a couple of magical things to my window and it was fixed. He must have recognized my look of astonishment at him laying hands on my car and healing it. He smiled and said "It's Fixed, have a great day."
